Here are the Release Notes for Update 37 Patch 4, released on Wednesday, February 21st, 2018.

Happy 12th Anniversary, Dungeons & Dragons Online!
 
In celebration of 12 years of DDO, we're giving away a cosmetic item to every character that logs in during the Anniversary! When characters log in from February 23rd through April 1st they will receive a slice of birthday cake in their inventory when they first log in after the event is activated. Double-clicking on the cake will open a UI that allows the player to select one of five Bound to Character cosmetics (click on the links to see what the cosmetic looks like):

The cosmetics are similar in appearance, but look appropriate for the weight of the armor or docent.
 
News and Notes:

Classes

Favored Soul: The Hitpoints provided from "Stout of Heart" and the Spell Points provided by "Purity of Spirit" are no longer removed on death.
Fighter Vanguard "Shield Rush" second and third ranks DC now properly scale off your highest attribute modifier.

Combat
Death fatalities have returned! Monsters now have a 25% chance when killed by a magical attack to do a special death fatality, such as freezing solid and then shattering, or dissolving from acid.
All effects that dispel or ward against Rage have been updated to include an updated and more consistent set of Rage effects.
The animation for Shield Charge has been improved.
Monster Champion damage-over-time on-hit effects now have an internal cooldown, and will no longer apply multiple stacks from one multi-projectile spell.
Action Boosts and other activated statistical boosts will no longer pause melee attacking.
Various Aura abilities no longer erroneously apply their effects to targets they are not meant to (Objects, creatures in entrance states, etc.)
Monsters will now only investigate breakable sounds at medium range. Previously they could hear those sounds from great distances which could cause unintended chain pulls as they would path to investigate.

Items
Disease Immunity now works properly on Purity Filigree.
When using items with the newer, scaled Vampirism, Construct characters are now healed with Repair energy and Undead characters are healed with Negative energy instead of the normal Positive.
During potion drinking held items will fade off and reappear at the end of the animation.
The Icons for Vistani Totem's have been altered.
The Great Crossbow "Volley, Arbalest of the Damned" is now more visually impressive.
Some Legendary Greensteel Set Bonus buff bar tooltips have been altered for clarity.
"Soul of the Elements",  on the rings "Perfect Pinnacle" and "Legendary Perfect Pinnacle", now correctly persists through death.
"Purifying Quiver" and "Legendary Purifying Quiver" can no longer erroneously drop with a "Reaper" bonus on them.
The tooltip description of "Bleeding" damaging effects now accurately states the full damage being added by the effect.
Both the Heroic and the Legendary variants of the "Silent Avenger" set bonus no longer erroneously grant far more Fortification Bypass than intended.

Quests and Adventure Areas
The Anniversary Event has been updated! New rewards, NPCs, and more will be discovered when the event opens later this week.

Mists of Ravenloft
Undead should now be properly damaged by healing on Legendary Elite and Reaper difficulties.
Transport NPCs have been moved inside of the Taverns in Barovia.
Old Baba's Hut now properly displays in the Adventure Compendium.
Raid weapons now have their correct icons.
The Blessings of a Feather feat is no longer lost upon death.
It is now possible to see where you have recently been on the landscape map.
Fixed an issue with the Ravenloft Exit signs where you could "Return to Eveningstar" even if your character had not been to Eveningstar.
Ravenloft Exit signs now have additional teleport locations available including "Return to your Guild Airship" and the other Ravenloft Public Spaces.
Trap Control Panel's in Death House have been adjusted to face the correct directions.
Signposts in Barovia now correctly point to Wizard of Wines and Yester Hill.
It is harder to cause dungeon alert during the final fight in Wrath of Earth.
The "Anarchist" card is no longer erroneously called the "Anarchrist" card in the objectives of "An Invitation to Dinner".
Tempest Spine and Legendary Tempest Spine
A Dimensional Door now appears at the start of the raid after Sorjek dies.
Sorjek will no longer leash in the middle of combat.
Assault on the Aerie of the Slave Lords
Some tweaks have been made to monster placement which make it somewhat less likely to trigger Red Dungeon Alert while playing.
Freda is no longer looks confused after the Umber Hulks are killed.
Fixed an issue in "Assault on the Aerie of the Slave Lords" where some players were unable to see the Mudmen.
Some Dungeon Alert changes have been made in Part One of Temple of Elemental Evil.
The Earth Elemental Optional in the Lair of Summoning now has its correct text.
The two missing Rare encounters in King's Forest can now be found and completed.
The overall number of monsters has been reduced in some denser encounters in Friends in Low Places.
Critters, such as sewer rats, squirrels etc, will no longer roll for champion status. A bug has been fixed where they also counted towards Dungeon Alert. They also no longer cry for help, for lonely is the world of the critter...
Transporting to Reaver's Reach from the Guild Airship now properly closes the dialogue box.

Races
Dragonborn potion drinking animations have been updated and now hold the bottle correctly.

Sentient Weapons
Sentient Weapon audio will now say the same thing twice in a row less often.

UI
There is a new slider in Audio Options to adjust the volume of Sentient Weapon voices. The earlier check box to mute or unmute Sentient Weapon voices has therefore been removed.
Saga completion dialog now correctly references the saga in question, rather than thanking people for saving Eveningstar.

Miscellaneous
House Jorasco has had a slight layout alteration in preparation for Update 38.

New Veteran Status starter items
Several weapon types have been added to the reward vendor when first arriving in The Marketplace after using Veteran Status 2 or 3. They are Hand Axe, Handwraps, Dagger, Light Hammer, Light Pick, Shuriken, and Throwing Dagger.
New weapons for Veteran Status 3: ML10, 1.5[W], +5, Acidic 3d6.

Sentient Weapons
Sentient Weapons allow players the opportunity to discover weapons with their own personality and customize their powers!

You can get sentient jewels from the epic saga reward.

Ravenloft gear
 
Heroic gear is ML10. Legendary gear is ML29.

Barovian/Macabre/Morninglord's/Nightmother's weaponry is Bound to Character on Acquire, though Bound to Account on Acquire versions drop in chests. Raid gear is Bound to Character on Acquire. The other named items are Bound to Account on Acquire.

Each character can receive one of the weapons for free from Tobar near the entrance to the Land of Barovia.
You can purchase additional weapons of your choice from the traders in the Blue Water Inn.

60 Vistani Totems for a legendary Morninglord's weapon
80 Vistani Totems for a legendary Nightmother's weapon
Totems and Talismans are BtA ingredients which drop in the (end?) chests of various Ravenloft quests. You can also get large amounts of them from the Ravenloft Saga - 40 from Heroic True Elite reward
BtA versions of the weapons may drop in Ravenloft quests. These version are eligible for Mythic / Reaper bonuses.

Here are the Release Notes for Update 37 Patch 2, released on Thursday, January 11th, 2018.
 
Classes
Eldritch Blast no longer starts and fails in public spaces, causing animation stutters.
Warlocks no longer display their weapons while using their Eldritch Blast.
Warlock Enlightened Spirit's Knockdown Ward no longer displays on the buff bar.
Corrected an issue where Barbarians could get locked out of their Intimidate skill if they had certain Enhancements trained.
Artificer Battle Engineer's Endless Fusillade is now properly considered to be an Action Boost.
The Armor Class bonus provided in a Cleric's Protection Domain Tiers 1 and 4 now stack with equipped armor.
Combat
A Howler's Quill attack now displays on your debuff bar.
Epic Destinies
Exalted Angel's Astral Vibrance is now better at detecting health changes on targets close to the character.
Legendary Dreadnought's Advancing Blows is no longer erroneously considered to be an Action Boost.
Items
Sentient Filigree:
Electrocution's Electric Spellpower now applies correctly.
Armor Class Bonuses from Filigree now stack properly.

Tomes:
The drop rate of tomes has been increased in Curse of Strahd, Old Baba's Hut, Defiler of the Just, and Riding the Storm Out.
Ravenloft raids now have a higher drop rate for +8 Ability Tomes and +7 to +8 Upgrade Tomes.
Riding the Storm Out and Defiler of the Just can now drop +7 Tomes and +6 to +7 Upgrade Tomes.
All Ravenloft Set Bonuses have had their buff bar icons updated.
Glamered items no longer count towards Set Bonus totals, and no longer trigger a Set Bonus recalculation.
The Legendary Crypt Raider Set Bonus now correctly grants 20 Melee and Ranged Power.
The Sword of Shadows and Epic Sword of Shadows are now actually Adamantine.

Quests and Adventure Areas
Old Baba's Hut:
Several changes have been made to Old Baba's Hut to make the interior section to perform more reliably.
Fixed an issue where the raid could get into a state where it can not complete if certain abilities are used to bypass a door.
Added code to prevent a race condition that could cause some encounters to not reset correctly.
Fixed an issue where characters could pass through all barriers. Certain barriers can no longer be bypassed.
Corrected an issue in Lines of Supply that will allow us to reopen the quest.
Vasily Ivanych is no longer invincible in certain parts of Into the Mists.
The Abbot chest in the Abbey of Sunrise now drops the same treasure table as the end chest.
Fixed various text issues in Invitation to Dinner and Oath of Vengeance.
Fixed an issue in Ravenloft and the Temple of Elemental Evil where combat music would sometimes play on top of non-combat music.
The music in the quests Missing, Sinister Storage, In the Flesh, Undermine, Eyes of Stone, Frame Work, Lost in the Swamp, and Sane Asylum now plays as originally intended.
Rescuing Bookbinder family members in Bookbinder Rescue is now optional, and failing to do so does not fail the quest.
The Bloody Crypt and Brood of Flame's optionals now display their full text.
Flagging for Litany of the Dead has been updated! When talking to Sir Rohine in order to turn Sigil Fragments in, players can now trade their copy of a completed Sigil for a new Fused Sigil. This allows players to use the Fused Sigil instead of the eight separate Sigil fragments to enter Litany of the Dead on subsequent lives. Fused Sigils are Bound to Character. Players currently flagged for Litany of the Dead will need to True Reincarnate and turn in a completed Sigil in order to get this new item.
Miscellaneous
Fixed an issue that could cause the game launcher to crash when the game is down for an update. The launcher will now show a dialog telling you the game is down, then open the launcher so you can view the Newsfeed. The launcher will remain "Stuck on Installing Pre-Reqs", but it is not actually installing anything.

Items
Disciple of the Dawn now has its proper Well-Rounded Profane bonus. If this item is in a player's Shared Bank it will need to be dragged into inventory in order for it to correct.
The Legendary Memory of Fine Regalia is now versioned to its updated state. If the item is in a player's Shared Bank it will need to be dragged into inventory in order for it to correct.
Corrected a visual issue with Aasimar robes.
Monsters
Kobolds previously had two dances, but they were not hooked up correctly. Until now!
Fixed an issue where Vampire Spawn rares and Doru did not take damage from positive energy.
NPCs
The Hireling vendor in the Blue Water Inn now sells level-appropriate heroic hirelings.
Hair and beards for NPCs in Ravenloft have been adjusted.
Quests and Adventure Areas
The NPC that gives Heroic Barovian Weapons on the Ravenloft landscape has been reset for all players. Talking to Tobar in the Heroic landscape will allow players to take a ML 10 Barovian weapon, even if they were in a state where they had taken a ML 29 item or a proper ML 10 item earlier.
Fixed an issue where players were unable to swap spells while resting at Ravenloft rest shrines.
Fixed an issue that could cause the quest Raven's Bane to not be able to be completed.
Fixed some spelling, grammar, and text issues in Mists of Ravenloft.
Corrected an issue where Vasilka's death animation was not playing correctly in the quest Sunrise.
Corrected an issue where Vasilka would not always appear in the correct spot.
Ezmerelda can no longer be killed in the Abbey, and instead becomes an NPC at 10% health.
Fresh-Baked Dreams now has its proper altar on the hill.

The DDO game worlds will be unavailable on Saturday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Eastern (-5 GMT) for a hotfix.


This hotfix is being actively worked on, so there is some chance the hotfix will be postponed.


Here are the things we are working to fix:



Correct an issue where the examination window will sometimes get wider over time.
Fix an issue where the Keystone would not consistently spawn in the quest Invitation to Dinner.
Correct an issue with The Mist wall in Raven's Bane that could prevent players from progressing past Baleful.
Lowered the number of wolves that spawn in Fresh-baked Dreams.
Correct typos in Fresh-baked Dreams.
Remove an energy drain spell attack in Fresh-baked Dreams and Mad Tea Party.
No longer allow Dimension Door to be cast in the quest Mad Tea Party due to the spell sometimes breaking the quest.
No longer having the quest Sealed in Amber sometimes get a PvP flag activated.
Fix an issue where the wrong level weapon would be bestowed to a player as part of the weapon giver encounter in the Barovian wilderness area.
Resolve some issues where effects were stacking incorrectly over time (aka - "stacking effects bugs").
Fix an issue where a Half elf Vistani Knife Fighter would sometimes display in a T-Pose.
Provide instructions in their tool tips on how to use Sentience Toolkits, Destroyers, and Jewels.
Correct an issue in Assault on the Aerie of the Slave Lords where Madam Eva would not move to open the secret passage, making the quest not able to be completed.
Correct an issue where Grave Wrappinigs, Antipode, and the level 20 and 24 versions of Amaunator Ascetic's Handwraps were not Accepting Sentience.
Correct an issue where the Arcane Archer Critical Multiplier was not applying consistently.
Legendary Memory of Fine Regalia now appears with its correct Spell Power and Spell Critical values. This does not correct items already acquired; we hope to correct these items in an upcoming patch.
The end chest in Amber Temple now spawns whether you draw Strahd's attention or not. However, drawing his attention will earn you an extra regular chest.
Fixed effect bugs with the Crypt Raider, Beacon of Magic, and Adherent of the Mists sets.

Sentient Weapons

Veteran Status Level 10

Veteran Status Level 10 is now available as a limited-duration event. When the event is active, players will be able to create characters and begin their adventure at level 10 with updated gear, a limited-duration level 10 hireling cleric, and more! This event begins mid-day Eastern time on December 7th, and runs through December 17th.

DDO Store

When redeeming a Store code at Character Selection, any character items will be delivered to the last character logged into, or, if no last character can be found, sent to a randomly-chosen character, to prevent items from failing to deliver. A message will display to let you know which character the items were sent to. Attempting to redeem a code that delivers an item specifically to a character will continue to not deliver the item if there are no characters on the account. We recommend logging into the character you want to receive character-specific items before redeeming character-specific codes, but this change serves as an additional layer of protection to avoid lost items.

Favor

In Mists of Ravenloft, there are three tiers of Keepers of the Feather Favor:
Tier 1 is granted at 60 Favor and grants Blessings of a Feather Feat.
Tier 2 is granted at 120 Favor and provides a Small Augment Bag.
Tier 3 is granted at 180 Favor and provides access to the Vistani Knife Fighter universal enhancement tree on a per-character basis. Once unlocked for a character, the availability of the enhancement tree persists through reincarnation.

Items

Several weapon types have been added to the reward vendor when first arriving in The Marketplace after using Veteran Status 2 or 3. They are Hand Axe, Handwraps, Dagger, Light Hammer, Light Pick, Shuriken, and Throwing Dagger.
Items acquired from barter boxes (like the Anniversary Event, Night Revels, etc.) now show their proper durability, and are now created with their proper durability.
There are two new statistics, Missile Deflection and Deflection Bypass. Missile Deflection grants a chance to have Missiles or Eldritch Blasts miss you. Deflection Bypass grants a chance to bypass an enemies Missile Deflection.
Some Festivult cookies have been updated ahead of the event's start this year.

Sentient Weapons

Sentient Weapons have their own personality and customizable powers. Here is some important information about how they work:
Each Sentient Weapon comes with a Sentient Jewel that holds the personality of the weapon. The power of the weapon is contained in the Sentient Jewel. The Jewel can be pried out of an existing weapon and attached to a new weapon of sufficient magical power. This transfers the sentience and its power level to the new magical weapon.
Once a weapon is slotted with a Sentient Jewel, the weapon can also slot Sentient Filigree to enhance the weapon's magical properties. As the weapon's power grows additional Filigree can be slotted, up to a maximum of seven.
Most named weapons with a minimum level of 20 or higher can accept a Sentient Jewel.
The power of the Sentient Jewel is increased by feeding it named magical items.
The Sentient Weapon can make comments to the player as the weapon is held and used. There is a Gameplay tab option to turn off voice, text, or both.
Each piece of Sentient Filigree also belongs to a set, and slotting other Filigree from the set can provide Set Bonuses. A fully-empowered weapon can hold up to seven Filigree, and can provide multiple Set Bonuses. A weapon can only have one of each specific Filigree.
Sentient Toolkits are used to unslot a Filigree or Sentient Jewel. Sentient Destroyer Tools can be purchased for platinum from tools vendors throughout DDO that destroy a Filigree or Sentient Jewel to open the slot for a new piece. A player cannot destroy or unslot a Sentient Jewel unless all Filigree have been removed from the weapon first.
Feeding named items to a Sentient Jewel provides Sentient XP as follows:
Minimum level 1-20 named items: Adds Sentient XP equal to the Minimum Level.
Minimum Level 21-27: Adds Sentient XP equal to the Minimum Level x5.
Minimum Level 28+: Adds Sentient XP equal to the Minimum Level x10.
Costs to open Filigree Slots are as follows:
Sentient Filigree Slot 1: Free
Slot 2: 2000 total Sentient XP
Slot 3: 6000 total Sentient XP
Slot 4: 12000 total Sentient XP
Slot 5: 20000 total Sentient XP
Slot 6: 40000 total Sentient XP
Slot 7: 60000 total Sentient XP
Sentient Filigree can be obtained from chests in Ravenloft for now, and could appear in non-Ravenloft chests in the future. Higher difficulty settings have an increased chance to provide Filigree. Filigree is unbound, and can be traded and auctioned.
A Sentient Jewel can be found in the Ravenloft Saga reward list. An initial Jewel can also be obtained by speaking to a Vistani Trader inside the Barovia wilderness area. A Jewel can also be found as a Raid reward in the new raids.
Sentient Toolkits can be obtained from the same chests where Sentient Filigree can be found, and they are also available in the DDO Store.
Items become Bound to Account when a Sentient Jewel is placed into them if the item is unbound or Bound to Character on Equip.
Sentient Weapons will not consume named items with Augments slotted into them to prevent the Augment from being destroyed. Augments can be unslotted using a standard Jeweler's Toolkit.

Reincarnation

Additional work has been done to correct an issue where items were sometimes lost during Reincarnation. After reincarnating, any items that the system detects have been lost will be automatically mailed back to your character, and you should not require customer service intervention. In addition, information about your issue will be automatically sent to Standing Stone Games for further investigation. At this point in time, we are only aware of stacks of bolts and arrows being lost in this manner.

UI

When examining an item and the information is too tall to fit on the screen, the examination panel is now scrollable. If you are viewing it by hovering your mouse over the item, it will scroll automatically. If you are viewing it using Z or whatever key is mapped for Examine, you can scroll using the scroll bar in the traditional manner.
Augment Bags and Quivers now have a search bar.
Fixed an issue where Augments do not display properly when linked in chat.

Miscellaneous

Avatars now turn off the display of their weapons when picking locks or using a device.
Avatars now have proper turning while in a knife-fighting stance.
One of the statues in the Hall of Heroes has been replaced by Byron Scoutsword, because Byron Scoutsword is the greatest level 1 Hireling ever. This is important.

We have corrected an issue where certain abilities were leaving detection objects in an instance and not decaying properly. These abilities include Colors of the Queen, Rainbow, Double Rainbow, Insidious Spores, Autumn Harvest, Judgement, Judge the Many, Every Light Casts a Shadow, and Shadows Cannot Exist Without Light.

Aasimar
Scourge of the Undead's Ghost Touch now works properly.
Scourge of the Undead's Destroyer of the Dead now passively grants +4 Melee and Ranged Power in addition to its other bonuses.
Greater Scourge Weapons now passively grant +2 Melee and Ranged Power in addition to existing bonuses.
The light damage from Aasimar Scourge of the Undead's Divine Purpose now scales with the higher of your Melee or Ranged Power.
Aasimar's Racial Enhancement tree now displays its proper icon.

Classes

Clerics on paths are no longer forced to select their Tier 2 and higher Domain Feats.
All classes and Iconic Heroes now use Customize as the default option when the Path stage in character creation is opened.
Clerics on the Font of healing path now consistently receive Healing Domain.
Clerics on the Scourge of the Undead path now consistently receive Good Domain.
Clerics on the Warpriest Path now consistently receive War Domain.
Sun Elf Morninglords on their path now consistently receive Sun Domain.
DDO Store

The DDO Store will now open in your system browser if the embedded browser fails to initialize.
The browser and in-game Store has returned, and now opens on all clients using Windows 7+ operating systems, provided the option has been enabled in the UI options. Windows Vista and earlier operating systems, along with Mac clients, will continue to use the default external web browser.
Enhancements

Unyielding Sentinel's Vigor of Battle now gives only the 20 Healing Amplification its text indicates that it should.
Changed the name of the Favored Soul Warpriest enhancement tree to War Soul.
A multiselector has been added to War Soul's Divine Might:
Divine Might: You gain an Insight bonus to Strength equal to your Charisma Modifier.
Divine Presence: Adds one half of Charisma modifier to melee damage and tactical DC's.
Divine Will: Adds one half of Wisdom modifier to melee damage and tactical DC's
Universal Enhancement Tree: Vistani Knife Fighter: A new universal enhancement tree, available in select Mists of Ravenloft expansion bundles and, at a later date, in the DDO store, as well as able to be earned from Favor attainable in Mists of Ravenloft content on a per character basis.
Core Abilities
Core 1: Knife Expertise You gain +1 to hit and damage with daggers and throwing daggers.
Core 2: Knife Juggler You gain +5% to speed with throwing daggers. You gain the benefits of the Deflect Arrows feat, knocking aside one incoming projectile that would have struck you every 6 seconds.
Core 3: Quick Reflexes You gain Quickdraw as a bonus feat. You gain +5% Doublestrike (main and off hand), and Doubleshot.
Core 4: Plays With Knives You gain a +1 Competence bonus to Critical Threat Range and +1 to Critical Damage Multiplier with daggers and throwing daggers.
Core 5: Vistani Fortune Passive: You gain +10 Physical Resistance Rating and Magical Resistance Rating. Activate to gain one random Vistani fortune. Cooldown 60 seconds.
Coins: You gain 10% Doublestrike and 10% Doubleshot for 60 seconds.
Glyphs: You gain 10 Physical Resistance Rating and 20 Magical Resistance Rating for 60 seconds.
Stars: You gain +2 to all ability scores for 60 seconds.
Swords: You gain 15 Melee Power and Ranged Power for 60 seconds.
Core 6: Blade Master You gain +2 to all ability scores. You gain +5% attack speed one handed weapons and throwing weapons. You gain 20 Melee Power and 20 Ranged Power.
Tier One
Vistani Knife Training: When using a dagger in each hand, you now fight in melee using the Vistani style, with both daggers held down point down. You gain +1 to hit and damage with daggers and throwing daggers.
Undead Hunter: You resist evil influences particularly well, gaining a +2 bonus to saves against spells and effects produced by evil creatures. Undead are automatically consider a Favored Enemy for you.
Mist Stalker I: You gain +25% negative energy absorption. You gain +3 Physical Resistance Rating and Magical Resistance Rating.
Acrobatic: +1/2/3 Balance, Jump, and Tumble. Rank 3: +1 to Reflex Saving Throws.
You gain both of the following:
Rapid Slash: Requires dagger. Melee Attack: Deals +3(W) damage. You gain a 20% Morale bonus to (main hand) doublestrike for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 10 seconds.
Rapid Throw: Requires throwing knife. Missile Attack: Deals +3(W) damage. You gain a 20% Morale bonus to doubleshot for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 10 seconds. This puts Ten Thousand Stars and Manyshot on a 10 second cooldown.
Tier Two
Vistani Knife Training: You gain +1 to hit and +2 damage with daggers and throwing daggers.
Blooded Blades: When you score a Vorpal hit with a dagger or throwing knife you add a stack of Blood of Vengeance to your opponent.
Blood of Vengeance: You deal 1d6 damage per two seconds for 30 seconds. This damage scales with 200% Melee Power. This stacks up to 10 times, with news stacks refreshing the duration.
Mist Stalker II: You gain +2 to Will saving throws. You gain +3 Physical Resistance Rating and Magical Resistance Rating.
Weapon Versatility: Your melee and missile attacks use the higher of Melee Power or Ranged Power.
Haste Boost: Activate to gain a 10%/20%/30% Action Boost bonus to attack speed for 20 seconds. (Cooldown: 30 seconds)
Tier Three
Vistani Knife Training: You gain +1 to hit and damage with daggers and throwing knives.
Fan of Knives: On activation: You throw a hail of throwing knives in a cone in front of you. Enemies caught in the cone take 5 to 8 per character level of damage and take 1 stack of Blood of Vengeance. This damage scales with 200% Ranged Power. Cooldown: 15 seconds
Mist Stalker III:  You are immune to Fear effects. You gain +3 Physical Resistance Rating and Magical Resistance Rating.
Deadly Blades: Your daggers and throwing daggers do an additional +1(W) of damage. You are centered when fighting with daggers.
Gifted: Choose one:

Tier Four

You gain both of the following:
Blessed Blades: Requires dagger. Melee attack. +5(W) damage, plus one stack of Blood of Vengeance. Your equipped daggers gain a +10 Enhancement bonus for 10 seconds. They also gain Silver, Good, and Ghost Touch.  10 second cooldown.
Blessed Knives: Requires throwing knife. Missile attack. +5(W) damage, plus one stack of Blood of Vengeance. Your throwing knife gains a +10 Enhancement bonus for 10 seconds. It also gains Silver, Good, and Ghost touch. 10 second cooldown.
Vendetta: Activate to gain a unique +1 Critical Threat Range and +1 to Critical damage multiplier to your equipped daggers or throwing knive for 15 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

Divine Resolve:
Scourge: +1/2/3 Constitution while your Divine Purpose is active.
Tier 3:
Greater Scourge Weapons: While dual-wielding Clubs, Light Maces, Heavy Maces, and Morningstars, you gain 5% chance to make off-hand attacks and 5% chance to doublestrike with your off-hand.
Strike Down the Dead: +1/2/3[w], single-target attack.. 15 second cooldown. On hit: Deals 1d4+4 per Character Level (scales with 100% Melee Power) in Positive Damage to Undead creatures.
Divine Charge: +1/2/3 Purpose Charges
Blessings: +10/20/30 Positive Spell Power

Tier 4:
Destroyer of the Dead: Clubs, Light Maces, Heavy Maces, and Morningstars you wield gain a +1 Sacred Bonus to Critical Multiplier.
Divine Form: Toggle: Must have your Bond Feat active to use. Mutually exclusive with other form-like feats (Pale Master, Druid, etc).
Scourge: 15sp, toggles off on rest. All bonuses from this skill are removed if this or your Bond Feat are toggled off. 3 Minute Cooldown.
Stage 1: When this stance is enabled, you gain +1 to Hit and Damage, 1% Doubleshot, and 1% Doublestrike.
Stage 2: After 20 seconds of this stance being active, these bonuses double.
Stage 3: After 40 seconds of this stance being active, you also gain a 10% Action Boost Bonus to Attack Speed, 10% Action Boost bonus to Melee Power, and 5% Action Boost bonus to Ranged Power, but you take your Character Level in Light damage every second until the stance is toggled off.
Stage 4: After 60 seconds of this stance being active, all of your bonuses from this stance double once more, but you take one stack of Vulnerability every second.
Stage 5: After 70 seconds of this stance being active, your movement speed will drop dramatically.
Stage 6: After 75 seconds of this stance being active, you can no longer contain the radiance within, and it will consume you.
Improved Recovery: +20 Healing Amplification
Any characters with the Racial Completionist feat have had it removed due to the introduction of the Aasimar race, whose Past Lives are now required to obtain the feat.
Iconic Deep Gnome was erroneously giving 1% Dodge per rank in addition to its other bonuses. This has been fixed.
Reaper Difficulty

Reaper XP is now doubled for dungeons with a base CR of 30 or higher.
Reincarnation

Changes have been made to the way a player's inventory and bank are moved to the True Reincarnation cache during reincarnation. The process occurs upon first login after a reincarnation. The process is now more resilient against disconnects that occur at this time.
If there is a problem and it detects that items were lost, a message will be displayed in the chat window at login.
Customer service now has additional tools to identify and restore items lost in this process.
Non-bankable items will not be moved to the Reincarnation Cache during reincarnation, and will instead be moved to the front of your character inventory. These are items like the Iconic Hero loot boxes and Monster Manual reward bags.
